Having catered hundreds of weddings, Nick, Tracy and their team continue to strive to make each wedding unique and perfect.
One of the most publicized occasions would have to be the Grace Bonney Savannah destination wedding, held at the Harper Fowlkes House and later featured in the Martha Stewart Weddings online magazine.
Step 1. Menu Consultation, Creation and Design. It all starts with one question,”What do you want?” or “What can we do to make your event unique, while helping to express your individual traditions, favorite foods and culinary desires.”
Step 2. Menu Evolution. As your menu comes into focus, we start balancing flavors and tastes to focus on what is appropriate for your event – from menu composition to budget. A preview of another wedding and/or a menu tasting is possible. These require special coordination and there may be costs associated with menu tastings.
Step 3. Your Wedding. Chef Nick and Co. bring all of their experience and abilities to your table. Our focus is on taking care of each and every guest, while giving them a warm and wonderful “Savannah” experience.
